Info pack requests: name and email address.
Website analytics: anonymised usage data via Google Analytics (page views, device type, geographic region). No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
Client project data: technical documentation provided during project engagements, handled under separate NDA agreements.

Contact form and info pack submissions are processed through Resend (email delivery service) and delivered to NavioData. Your data is transmitted securely via HTTPS.
Website analytics are processed by Google Analytics. You can opt out of analytics tracking by using a browser extension or disabling JavaScript.
4. Data Storage and Security
- -Personal data is stored in accordance with EU data protection regulations
- -Client project documentation is stored in secure, access-controlled cloud storage
- -Project documentation is deleted or returned upon project completion, at the client's preference
- -We do not store payment card details — payments are processed through standard banking channels
